Returns and Refunds

We want you to feel confident in your DocB MD purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of products that have been opened or used.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an incorrect product, please contact us at thedocbmd@gmail.com. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

Please contact us before returning a product so we can provide return instructions.

For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, DocB MD will cover the cost of resolving the issue.
